Kansas City is home to the Chiefs — and they’ve brought the city four Super Bowl titles, most recently going back-to-back in 2023 and 2024!

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City houses over 40,000 works, including masterpieces by Van Gogh and other world-renowned artists!

Here at Midwestern, we are for the Church. From our degrees to our resources and events, everything we do is designed to equip and support the body of Christ.
Kansas City is home to three professional sports teams. Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Chiefs, holds the world record for loudest football stadium. If you’ve never heard the national anthem there, it’s worth the price of admission. KC is also home to the 2015 World Series Champion Royals, the 2013 MLS Champions Sporting KC and 2024 NWSL Summer Cup KC Current.

We have all kinds of cuisines, but only one deserves mention here: BBQ. KC is renowned for its world-famous BBQ. Our BBQ joints have hosted presidents like Harry Truman and Jimmy Carter; one has even been named ‘One of the Thirteen Places to Eat Before You Die’ along with the ‘Manliest Restaurant in America.’ Need we say more?
